She possesses a degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with a Sommelier Level 1.
Noemi used to work as a pastry chef, working her way to the front of the house as a server, food runner, supervisor, manager, beverage manager, restaurant general manager, food and beverage director and now General Manager of an independent restaurant.
Her background in Culinary Arts, experience in food and wine, and connections with rep sales in Atlanta and Colorado makes her the perfect to be your event coordinator, making sure your event goes well with every item in your menu. Noemi was also a General Manager of an independent restaurant and employed in a winery Carboy in Colorado.
